We are located at Star Square Plaza, Building A, Floor 2, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You can also find us on google maps.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Advance Booking is required. You need to download the Jazala app, available on IOS and Android, and book your classes, and sessions online. You can also call us for information.

Can I try a session before committing?

Absolutely! We offer single-session passes. You can find this option on all the services in the app.

What is your cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. For memberships, please refer to the terms in your member agreement.
